Shipping & Handling Charges

• EyeExcel Contacts uses Federal Express and the United States Post Office depending on region and selected shipping method. If you would like to leave us notes regarding use of one particular carrier, you may do so in the Special Instructions field at checkout or give us a call at 1-800-822-6853.
• Shipping and handling charges include actual shipping costs, as well as order processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling an order.
• Lenses sold from stock ship within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery Days are estimated according to the carrier's stated average delivery time and indicate the number of business days from the day your order is shipped.
• We will advise you before processing your order if delays are likely due to manufacturer back-orders, etc.

• Delivered in 3-5 business days (depending on the prescription verification process).
• Overnight and 2nd Day Service

E-mail response times are less than 24 hours. Some items may not be available for overnight and 2nd day shipping due to specialized prescription parameters.

International Shipping Notes

EyeExcel Contacts monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different countries and regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether.
